Richie.  He’s worked at the Omni Parker House for 42 years.  The first time I met Richie was in October of 2015.  Every time I’m in Boston, he’s always there to greet me, smiling, charming and so proud of the hotel he works for and of Boston itself.  Richie’s smiling face makes it worth the 3,000 mile trip across the country
